What is Sea Glass
Sea glass originates from bottles and jars that enter the water as litter and become broken up by the waves and rocks.
Over time, broken pieces become rolled and tumbled by the weathering process, creating small pieces of smooth, frosted glass - aka sea glass.
One piece of sea glass can easily be in the ocean for 50 to 100 years before it is smooth and frosted to jewellery standard.
